Ordered flowers for someone’s 90th. There was supposed to be a balloon. She was thrilled with them. When I asked if there was a Happy Birthday balloon, she said no, but they’d sent her a stuffed animal. Made her feel like a child again. She was happy so I was happy. I didn’t get to see the flowers but I’d definitely use their service again.

Website was easy to navigate. Prices were reasonable. Was easy to place an online order for delivery. I don't know what the finished product looked like (just going based on what I choose on the website) but very pleased that delivery instructions were followed and the flowers were waiting for the person when they got home. They have prepared and promptly delivered a half a dozen bereavement flower arrangements just this year for me, each with special requests, such as ribbons attached using colours of regimental ties, with specific messages, all done exactly as requested, for families of CAF & First Responder families with whom I have worked. All look magnificent, exact to the finest detail, and delivered promptly, sometimes with not more than 7 hrs notice. Just amazing. I just don't bother to go anywhere else...never will. I ordered the flowers online, and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. I even did the *add on* with a box of chocolates...I got a call on the morning of the date of delivery from our local Flower Shop, and they made the delivery, plus the Flowers were beautiful, exactly what I ordered! The recipient loved it.
