The numerous bouquets I have ordered for my Great Grams have always been beautiful! The presentation, the vase, everything. Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email. Niagara Florist not only makes beautiful bouquets, but their customer service is fantastic!

Ordered flowers for someone’s 90th. There was supposed to be a balloon. She was thrilled with them. When I asked if there was a Happy Birthday balloon, she said no, but they’d sent her a stuffed animal. Made her feel like a child again. She was happy so I was happy. I didn’t get to see the flowers but I’d definitely use their service again.

The flowers are lovely and my wife loved them! Was hoping to see a bit more roses in there but the color variety was pleasant and they throw in a vase for you! Placed order feb 7 to have it deliver next day and arrived at 6:10pm. (Their delivery time is between 10am - 6pm as mentioned on their website). Their email response time was appropriate and they'll send you an email receipt and that your order has been confirmed/processed. Great job Canada Flowers!

I ordered the flowers online, and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. I even did the *add on* with a box of chocolates...I got a call on the morning of the date of delivery from our local Flower Shop, and they made the delivery, plus the Flowers were beautiful, exactly what I ordered! The recipient loved it.

I highly recommend Canada Flowers. I send my Aunt, who is in a retirement home, a few bouquets each year. Every floral arrangement has been received with amazement by her for the quality of the flowers, how long lasting they are & the multitude of styles. Each bouquet is so different. The Easter gift this year was a collection of living plants, some flowering & presented in a beautiful wicker basket. She loved it. A huge thank you from me for always getting it right.

I placed an online order with the Calgary Canada Flowers. You know how you look at all the arrangements and you finally find the perfect one.....and you place the order and since you are hundreds of miles away you are not going to see what it will looks like...and you wait and wonder and hope that it will be something close to what you wanted....or at least nice..... Well Canada Flowers got it right in Spades!! I got a picture of it in a text and it was perfect! Just what I wanted!! The transaction was smooth as silk, the arrangement was amazing and the delivery was exactly what it was supposed to be!!! Canada Flowers I will certainly be back!! Absolutely beautiful, exactly what the picture looked like. Brought tears to my cousin as it was for her sons celebration of life gathering. She said it was the most beautiful arrangement she ever received. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We've ordered flowers several times now from Canada Flowers, for an elderly beloved family member who is living in a care home/hospital. Each time the flowers have arrived right on the requested date, and the bouquets have been as beautiful in real life as in the photos.
