Blue Eryngium

Eryngium, also known as Sea Holly, is a thistle-like bloom that is silver/blue in colour. Eryngium is a symbol of independence, severity and attraction. In Shakespeare’s time, the roots of Sea Holly were known to be used as a strong aphrodisiac.
