Fuchsia Rose
The rose is one of the most famous and beloved of all flowers. If you give a pink rose with no thorns, then it is supposed to mean that you have loved the person ever since you laid eyes on him or her, symbolizing love at first sight. If it has thorns, then a dark pink rose (or magenta or fuchsia) can mean appreciation, gratitude, or thank you.

My daughter loves the colour purple and also chocolates. She was not well the other day and I knew she needed something cheerful and fun. Ordered flowers for someone’s 90th. There was supposed to be a balloon. She was thrilled with them. When I asked if there was a Happy Birthday balloon, she said no, but they’d sent her a stuffed animal. Made her feel like a child again. She was happy so I was happy.
