The rose is one of the most famous and beloved of all flowers. If it has thorns, then a dark pink rose (or magenta or fuchsia) can mean appreciation, gratitude, or thank you.

Great service, Mother's Day during a pandemic meant that shipping was my only real option. Arrived on time and beautifully done and as an added bonus I joked "watch out for bees" on the card - and the florist included little fake bees hidden in the bouquet. The flowers were for my best friend and I only got a picture of them and did not see them myself. The picture she sent me looks like they are very nice and she said they were beautiful.
