The carnation is a popular flower that has a history dating back over 2000 years! They are the birth flower of January and the official flower of Mother's Day. Carnations are a favourite flower for many as they are inexpensive, long-lasting and come in an array of colours. Purple carnations symbolize capriciousness, whimsy and unpredictability. The lighter purple hue of carnation usually comes out with a more positive meaning but it can spring off a more negative symbol as the shade of purple gets darker.

Great service, Mother's Day during a pandemic meant that shipping was my only real option. Arrived on time and beautifully done and as an added bonus I joked "watch out for bees" on the card - and the florist included little fake bees hidden in the bouquet. My daughter was delighted with her birthday flowers (photo#1) when they arrived. Day 3 the first lily opened and now a week later (photo#3) she said ” they are getting better by the day!” The lilies make it a full bouquet as they open. Thank you! Website was easy to navigate. Prices were reasonable. Was easy to place an online order for delivery. I don't know what the finished product looked like (just going based on what I choose on the website) but very pleased that delivery instructions were followed and the flowers were waiting for the person when they got home. I highly recommend Canada Flowers. I send my Aunt, who is in a retirement home, a few bouquets each year. Every floral arrangement has been received with amazement by her for the quality of the flowers, how long lasting they are & the multitude of styles. Each bouquet is so different. The flowers were for my best friend and I only got a picture of them and did not see them myself. The picture she sent me looks like they are very nice and she said they were beautiful.
