Service wise pretty good, seemingly no issues no more expensive than others but more reasonable than most. I never saw the flowers myself but based on the reaction I got I think they were well recieved and did the job. So I give 4 stars to places that do what they should do and do it as expected or well. 5 for me is over and above or unexpected surprises. So like I said everything went as would expect so 4 stars IMO! :) I'd use them again

I ordered these flowers On-Line. It was a very easy and user friendly process! I had them preordered to arrive for my Mother’s Birthday. This was a delivery made to a Nursing Home in Scarborough, Ontario. They arrived right when expected and my Mother was thrilled! Everything was exactly as shown on-line! Very pleased!

Ordered online that morning and it was delivered around lunch time. Product was well-explained and the picture was accurate.

Our friend absolutely loved and appreciated the cheese & cracker gift that we sent her from Canada Flowers so thank you very much, it was exactly as we'd hoped:-)

Ordered a nice pointsetta and a little teddy bear for my Mom. We just lost my Dad in August and this will be her first Christmas without him. She lives in a retirement home and due to Covid can only have one essential visitor, so she is very lonely and sad. This plant really cheered her up. it is almost like a little Christmas Tree, was decorated with some Christmas bows and little bells on the bottom and a cute snowflake at the top. The little bear was bigger than I thought it was going to be and she said it is so soft and cuddly. The plant is very nice and healthy too. She moved to a new city and I have never used this florist before. I will continue to use them. Very happy.

Ordered a few days before delivery to my aunt who was moving into a seniors residence. Same day she moved in, beautiful flowers arrived ... and the CHOCOLATES! She was so happy!.

My daughter was delighted with her birthday flowers (photo#1) when they arrived. Day 3 the first lily opened and now a week later (photo#3) she said ” they are getting better by the day!” The lilies make it a full bouquet as they open. Thank you! She told me to take note of where I ordered for next time! I will.

The online ordering was extremely easy to use. The flower arrangement I ordered was gorgeous and exceeded my expectations and teh delivery service was exceptional. I will definitly be uses them again and will absolutely be reccommending Canada Flowers to my friends and family.

Canada Flowers is awesome. They have prepared and promptly delivered a half a dozen bereavement flower arrangements just this year for me, each with special requests, such as ribbons attached using colours of regimental ties, with specific messages, all done exactly as requested, for families of CAF & First Responder families with whom I have worked. All look magnificent, exact to the finest detail, and delivered promptly, sometimes with not more than 7 hrs notice. Just amazing. I just don't bother to go anywhere else...never will. Thanks to all the staff at Canada Flowers for your outstanding service.

I gave this beautiful arrangement to my daughter and she loved it! The flowers were fresh and the delivery time was perfect. I have ordered from Canada Flowers many times and will order from them again.
