The Chrysanthemum, named from the Greek words “chrysos” meaning gold, and “anthemon” meaning flower. The Commercial mum, also known as the football mum, is one of the largest blooms in the Chrysanthemum family and symbolize optimism and joy! The numerous bouquets I have ordered for my Great Grams have always been beautiful! The presentation, the vase, everything. Delivery has always been on time, a follow-up email is always sent to let me know delivery was made and to ask "how we did".. I really appreciate the follow-up email. Niagara Florist not only makes beautiful bouquets, but their customer service is fantastic!

Service wise pretty good, seemingly no issues no more expensive than others but more reasonable than most. I never saw the flowers myself but based on the reaction I got I think they were well recieved and did the job. So I give 4 stars to places that do what they should do and do it as expected or well. 5 for me is over and above or unexpected surprises. So like I said everything went as would expect so 4 stars IMO! :) I'd use them again

Ordered flowers for someone’s 90th. There was supposed to be a balloon. She was thrilled with them. When I asked if there was a Happy Birthday balloon, she said no, but they’d sent her a stuffed animal. Made her feel like a child again. She was happy so I was happy. I didn’t get to see the flowers but I’d definitely use their service again.
