Great service, Mother's Day during a pandemic meant that shipping was my only real option. Arrived on time and beautifully done and as an added bonus I joked "watch out for bees" on the card - and the florist included little fake bees hidden in the bouquet. They couldn't deliver the flowers the first day but delivered them the next in the early afternoon which was fine. I don't know how the flowers were as I did not speak to the person receiving them. I hope they were lovely and cheerful.

I don't order flowers often. I found Canada Flowers online. Their prices and delivery fees looked decent. I did not upgrade, just went with the basics. It was a Thanksgiving/Fall type of arrangment. I was ABSOLUTELY beautiful. The recipients sent photos. I ordered online but I called to find out about whether they had been delivered. I was very impressed that you get to talk to a real person. Ordered flowers for someone’s 90th. There was supposed to be a balloon. She was thrilled with them. When I asked if there was a Happy Birthday balloon, she said no, but they’d sent her a stuffed animal. Made her feel like a child again. She was happy so I was happy. Ordered a nice pointsetta and a little teddy bear for my Mom. We just lost my Dad in August and this will be her first Christmas without him. She lives in a retirement home and due to Covid can only have one essential visitor, so she is very lonely and sad. This plant really cheered her up. it is almost like a little Christmas Tree, was decorated with some Christmas bows and little bells on the bottom and a cute snowflake at the top. The little bear was bigger than I thought it was going to be and she said it is so soft and cuddly. The plant is very nice and healthy too. She moved to a new city and I have never used this florist before. I will continue to use them. Very happy.

Ordered flowers for our anniversary. I was hoping flowers would be delivered during the day but once 4:00 pm arrived didn’t receive, made a call to inquire what time ,which they indicated after 6 pm . When I indicated that we were going out at 5 pm , they redirected delivery immediately, my wife was truly surprised when flowers showed by 4:30! Thank you to staff!

They have prepared and promptly delivered a half a dozen bereavement flower arrangements just this year for me, each with special requests, such as ribbons attached using colours of regimental ties, with specific messages, all done exactly as requested, for families of CAF & First Responder families with whom I have worked. All look magnificent, exact to the finest detail, and delivered promptly, sometimes with not more than 7 hrs notice. Just amazing. I just don't bother to go anywhere else...never will. Thanks to all the staff at Canada Flowers for your outstanding service.

Service wise pretty good, seemingly no issues no more expensive than others but more reasonable than most. I never saw the flowers myself but based on the reaction I got I think they were well recieved and did the job. So I give 4 stars to places that do what they should do and do it as expected or well. 5 for me is over and above or unexpected surprises. So like I said everything went as would expect so 4 stars IMO! :) I'd use them again

The flowers were for my best friend and I only got a picture of them and did not see them myself. The picture she sent me looks like they are very nice and she said they were beautiful. I highly recommend Canada Flowers. I send my Aunt, who is in a retirement home, a few bouquets each year. Every floral arrangement has been received with amazement by her for the quality of the flowers, how long lasting they are & the multitude of styles. Each bouquet is so different. The Easter gift this year was a collection of living plants, some flowering & presented in a beautiful wicker basket. She loved it. A huge thank you from me for always getting it right.

Even though I had to delay the delivery date the day ahead of the scheduled delivery, the change was accommodated with no problem. I was pleased about that. From the website photos, I was kind of expecting more purple than there was - I was going for half and half, but this is more ‘yellow with some purple’. Nevertheless, the arrangement was lovely.

I sent flowers to a client recently, out of province. She called and said they were beautiful. The delivery was on time.. the only suggestion I would make is when someone is sending flowers, that the sender is obviously not going to see because they are out of province, it would be nice if a photo was sent to the sender so they know what was sent. I have been using Canada Flowers for a few years and found them to be extraordinary. They go above and beyond to make sure your order is done right. Example: I ordered some flowers for my dad & mom's anniversary I had the order complete and then found out they would not be home on the day of their anniversary. I quickly called them and asked if they could deliver it 4 days sooner, which they were able to full fill my request. I thank them so much for that.
